PitchCom® Welcomes Ashlie Rowley as Its Newest Team Member
February 26, 2025 – PitchCom® is excited to welcome Ashlie Rowley to the team to lead the PitchCom® Softball/Fastpitch division. As a former Division I catcher, coach, and mentor, Ashlie brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and passion to the organization.
A Colorado native, Ashlie was a four-year catcher and team captain for the University of Florida Gators, setting single-season and career fielding percentage records during her time in Gainesville. Following her playing career, she joined the University of Tennessee Lady Volunteers as a Graduate Assistant Coach; contributing to two Southeastern Conference Championships and a Women’s College World Series Runner-Up finish.
With over 15 years of experience in coaching and athlete development, Ashlie has been a driving force in growing the game of softball. She is the founder of Colorado Softball Academy, Colorado Softball Academy Foundation, and Futures Fastpitch—organizations dedicated to empowering female athletes through skill development, mentorship, and personal growth. Her innovative approach focuses on expanding opportunities for the next generation of female athletes and elevating the sport at all levels.
“I am thrilled to join the PitchCom® team and contribute to its mission of providing more efficient and innovative on-field communication solutions,” said Ashlie. “Together, we will equip athletes, coaches, and teams with the tools they need to succeed and compete at the highest level.”
